Nominees Criteria
- Occupy a permanent substantive position at the EX minus one and EX equivalent group and level.
- Work in or want to work in the digital community.
- Willing to accept interdepartmental mobility at this stage of their career.
- Have the support of their manager or nominator.
- Placed on a Talent Map Placement or a 9-box Talent Model.
