The Learner has completed a series of self-paced e-Learning modules developed to increase awareness of the employability skills needed to be successful in the manufacturing sector. Topics included:

- Problem Solving
- Team Building
- Communication
- Difficult Interactions
- Attitude
- Giving and Receiving Feedback
- Accountability
Assessment
Learner has successfully completed a knowledge assessment. Learner was required to achieve a score of 80% average across all topics to successfully complete the assessment. For increased validity, questions include multiple choice and true/false. The assessment aligns with the learning objectives for each module and utilizes both fact-based questions and scenarios.
