Supply Chain Canada provided an opportunity for members to earn a Supply Chain Fraud: Mitigating Exposure certificate, as part of our Leading Practices in Supply Chain Series initiative.
Criteria
This badge is part of the Leading Practices in Supply Chain series. To earn the Supply Chain Fraud badge, Supply Chain Management Professionals (SCMPs) were required to:
- Download and read the 28-page white paper "Supply Chain Fraud: The Impact on Organizations and Mitigating Risk", developed in collaboration with BDO Canada
- Attend a Supply Chain Canada and BDO Canada jointly held webinar and in-person event that elaborated on the themes covered in the white paper
- Complete a multiple choice quiz intended to demonstrate understanding of a variety of fraud schemes and precautions to mitigate the impacts and risks of fraud.
