Criteria

Upon successful completion of this module, the student has reliably demonstrated the ability to:

  1. describe the principles of a coaching model;
  2. explain how coaching maximizes positive communication;
  3. discuss how to use coaching as a motivator to maximize impact on employee performance;
  4. discuss the skills needed to facilitate, guide, and close discussions when coaching;
  5. recognize the importance of feedback in the cycle of continuous development.
