Learning ObjectivesBy completing this course, participants understand:

- The importance and critical activities involved in leadership alignment.
- The change roles and responsibilities of leaders throughout the organization, project team and change manager in a change initiative at different phases.
- How Change Management and Project Management are interrelated.
- The steps and components of effective assessments in defining the change strategy and plan.
- Key approaches and considerations in stakeholder engagement throughout the change initiative.
- Elements and differences between a change management strategy and change management plan.
- Methods to ensure the change initiative benefits and ROI are attained and sustained.

This course is an instructor-led virtual course, with 21 instructional hours.
This course includes a combination of self-assessments and facilitator-assessed activities. Upon conclusion of the course, participants are required to complete a final assessment with an achievement of 70% or higher as the final record of course completion. Facilitators keep a record of all final marks, as well as a Y/N for required participation components including full day attendance (no more than 60 minutes of absences total) and active participation via webcam/video.
Once course completion requirements and a demonstration of acquired learning objectives are met through a progressive process, the allocation of a completion credit, in the form of a digital badge is obtained.
