CTP Certified Training Professional

Criteria
Learning and development professionals with a minimum of one year of full-time experience in a training or facilitation role are eligible to apply for this certification. A Certified Training Professional (CTP) must demonstrate mastery of two of the competency areas in the body of knowledge for performance and learning professionals endorsed by the Institute for Performance and Learning: The Competencies for Performance and Learning Professionals.
This path requires completion of a knowledge exam and a skill demonstration (video) showcasing the Facilitating Learning competency. The knowledge exam contains 30 multiple-choice questions on the competency areas of Facilitating Learning and Partnering with Clients. Candidates have two hours to complete exam. The passing grade is 70%.
